Do I need a subscription?
No. The core alarm is free. Plook+ is an optional upgrade for premium alarm sounds and snore/cough/sleep-talk detection.
How do I turn off the alarm?
Tap your paired Plook Dock, or complete the dismiss mission (e.g. a math problem) — designed to get you out of bed.
What is the Plook Dock?
A small tag you place across the room. You must get up and tap it to dismiss the alarm. Pair it in the app’s settings.
My alarm didn’t ring — what do I do?
In general: don’t force-quit the app from the app switcher, keep notifications on, enable Background App Refresh, and keep the volume up. See the full steps in the app under “Alarm not working?”
Is my sleep data private?
Yes. All sleep data and audio processing stay on your device. We do not upload or keep recordings of your sleep.
How do I cancel Plook+?
Manage it in your Apple ID subscription settings (iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions).
