⚠️ ข้อจำกัดเรื่องการปลุก
Plook พยายามอย่างยิ่งให้ปลุกทำงานเสมอ แต่ไม่มีนาฬิกาปลุกใดรับประกันได้ 100% เช่น แบตหมด ปิดเครื่อง หรือปิดแอปทิ้ง อย่าพึ่งพา Plook เพียงอย่างเดียวในสถานการณ์สำคัญต่อความปลอดภัยหรือชีวิต
Plook+ การสมัครสมาชิก
Plook+ เป็นการสมัครแบบต่ออายุอัตโนมัติผ่าน Apple จะเรียกเก็บจาก Apple ID ของคุณ และต่ออายุจนกว่าจะยกเลิกในการตั้งค่าของ Apple
ฮาร์ดแวร์ (Plook Dock)
Plook Dock จำหน่ายแยกต่างหาก การจัดส่ง การรับประกัน และการคืนสินค้าเป็นไปตามนโยบาย ณ จุดที่คุณซื้อ
การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้
ห้ามใช้ Plook ในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือพยายามแทรกแซงหรือทำลายระบบของแอป
ไม่มีการรับประกัน
Plook ให้บริการ “ตามสภาพ” เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการตื่นสาย
กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย

Acceptance
By using Plook you agree to these terms.
⚠️ Alarm reliability
Plook works hard to ring reliably, but no alarm app can guarantee 100% (e.g. dead battery, powered-off phone, or a force-quit app). Do not rely on Plook alone for safety- or life-critical situations.
Plook+ subscription
Plook+ is an auto-renewing subscription via Apple. It is billed to your Apple ID and renews until you cancel in your Apple settings.
Hardware (Plook Dock)
The Plook Dock is sold separately. Shipping, warranty, and returns follow the policy where you bought it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Plook unlawfully or attempt to interfere with or break the app’s systems.
No warranty
Plook is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from oversleeping.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
