ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
การตั้งค่าปลุก เวลานอน และรหัสแท็ก Plook Dock ถูกเก็บไว้ในเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น หากคุณเลือกเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Apple หรือ Google เราจะเก็บชื่อ/อีเมลเพื่อแสดงในโปรไฟล์
ไมโครโฟน
ใช้สำหรับภารกิจตะโกน อัดเสียงปลุกของคุณเอง และตรวจจับเสียงกรน/ไอ/ละเมอขณะนอน การประมวลผลทำในเครื่อง เราไม่อัปโหลดหรือเก็บไฟล์เสียงการนอนของคุณ — เก็บเฉพาะค่าสรุป เช่น ระยะเวลากรน
กล้องและการเคลื่อนไหว
ใช้สำหรับภารกิจปิดปลุก เช่น ถ่ายรูปหรือนับก้าว ประมวลผลในเครื่อง ไม่ส่งออกนอกเครื่อง
NFC (Plook Dock)
เราอ่านรหัสประจำตัวของแท็กเพื่อปิดปลุกเท่านั้น ไม่มีข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเกี่ยวข้อง
เชิญเพื่อน รับรางวัล (Invite & Earn)
เมื่อคุณใช้ฟีเจอร์เชิญเพื่อน เราจะส่งข้อมูลไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราเพียงเท่านี้: รหัสบัญชีแบบสุ่ม รหัสเชิญของคุณ และรหัสอุปกรณ์ (device identifier) ที่ใช้เพื่อป้องกันการโกงรางวัลเท่านั้น เราไม่เก็บชื่อ อีเมล การตั้งค่าปลุก หรือข้อมูลการนอนไว้บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ นี่เป็นฟีเจอร์เดียวของ Plook ที่ส่งข้อมูลออกนอกเครื่อง ส่วนที่เหลือทั้งหมดยังอยู่ในเครื่องของคุณ
การชำระเงิน
การสมัคร Plook+ จัดการผ่าน Apple การซื้อ Plook Dock บนเว็บไซต์ดำเนินการผ่านผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินที่ปลอดภัย เราไม่เห็นหรือเก็บข้อมูลบัตรของคุณ
ไม่มีโฆษณาหรือการติดตาม
เราไม่ใช้โฆษณาหรือเครื่องมือติดตามจากบุคคลที่สาม
สิทธิ์ของคุณ (PDPA)
ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของไทย คุณมีสิทธิ์เข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลของคุณ เนื่องจากข้อมูลส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในเครื่อง การลบแอปจะลบข้อมูลนั้น ติดต่อเราหากต้องการความช่วยเหลือ
เด็ก
Plook ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี

Overview
Plook respects your privacy. This explains what we collect and how we use it. The core principle: your data stays on your device, except the Invite & Earn feature (see below).
What we store
Your alarm settings, sleep times, and paired Plook Dock ID are stored only on your device. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we keep your name/email to show in your profile.
Microphone
Used for the Shout mission, recording your own alarm sound, and snore/cough/sleep-talk detection. Processing happens on-device. We do not upload or keep recordings of your sleep — only derived figures such as snore minutes.
Camera & motion
Used for dismiss missions such as taking a photo or counting steps. Processed on-device and never sent off your phone.
NFC (Plook Dock)
We read the tag’s identifier only to dismiss your alarm. No personal data is involved.
Referrals (Invite & Earn)
When you use the Invite & Earn feature, we send only the following to our server: a random account identifier, your invite code, and a device identifier used solely to prevent reward fraud. We do not store your name, email, alarm settings, or sleep data on the server. This is the only Plook feature that sends any data off your device — everything else stays on your phone.
Payments
Plook+ subscriptions are handled by Apple. Plook Dock purchases on the website are processed by a secure payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
No ads or tracking
We do not use third-party advertising or trackers.
Your rights (PDPA)
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you may access, correct, or delete your data. Since most data is on-device, deleting the app removes it. Contact us for help.
Children
Plook is not directed at children under 13.
